Refund Policy

Order
Please check the size of the entrance/door of your house/office/shop/house/place before purchasing to make sure there is no problem leaving the items at home.
 In this case, we cannot accept returns or cancellations. Some items require you to assemble them yourself. 
You will find all relevant assembly files on the project overview page. While we provide the materials for assembling this product, 
you may need to prepare your own wood for assembly. Wherever Reflective Design and Interior is provided, a visit from a carpenter will be arranged at the time of delivery.

During delivery
As with any product that needs to stand, please make sure that the product is stable and upright.
Differences of up to 5 mm may occur due to the difference between the surface and the ground and is commercially acceptable. Bushings must be installed to stabilize the product. 

Please report the item to our support team; We will solve the problem from there. If it’s dusty or lacks shine, wiping the area with a cloth may help. 
This is a proven method for cleaning and polishing furniture.

Damage
We will deliver the product to your door (in Dhaka city) Be careful to avoid damage and don’t worry, 
please contact us immediately if any of the following situations occur. :

Any scratches or damage to your product, unfortunately scratches or damage may occur during delivery, repair of your product is guaranteed
Anything that may be missing from the user manual, screws, nuts etc. In such cases, customer support should be notified immediately 
and they can arrange shipping to you. Your goods are delivered damaged. All damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of the product.
Your repair or refund will be processed as soon as we receive photos of the product to determine the damage.

We ask that you keep all packaging unless our team instructs you otherwise. Refunds are only processed once we receive the item.
 Please allow 3 days for returns and refunds to be processed.

Cancellations
Cancellations made after the order has been placed will not be accepted. Reflective Designand Interior may cancel your order for reasons beyond its control.
 In such a case, Reflective Designand Interior will refund the customer in full.
